Hey there, I'm Heather! I've called Santa Cruz home for the past 20 years, and absolutely love this town. I mean, we have it all- mountains, redwoods, beaches and world renowned surf spots nestled in the Monterey Bay Marine Sanctuary, amazing organic produce, great food, great bars, great people. I'm not sure what more one could ask for. 

I moved here to attend UCSC, where I earned my Bachelor's in Business Management Economics in 2005. In 2007 I earned my esthetics license at Shoreline School of Cosmetology in Santa Cruz, and have been practicing skincare here in town since. I presently own and operate a boutique esthetics studio, SugarSmith, where I offer body sugaring and holistic skincare services. True to Santa Cruz form, my focus is on sustainability and community. Clients often come to me for recommendations on everything from local restaurants/bars, retail shops, hair stylists, contractors, and...you guessed it- Realtors. I realized that real estate would be a great addition to my repertoire- now I get to keep Santa Cruz's skin clear and smooth, and use my local knowledge and network to help my community connect via housing!

Here in Santa Cruz we really emphasize supporting small local businesses. Being a small business owner myself, I appreciate and prioritize the sentiment greatly.
